Job Description
* Researches the needs of Women in the primary and secondary target markets using a variety of techniques, e.g. sampling, interviewing, demographic analysis. Uses marketing plan goals and objectives as a guide.
* Plans and implements programs to meet the needs of Women across service line.
* Collaborates with physicians, hospital staff on developing policies and procedures for the care of the patient.
* Coordinates and facilitates treatment objectives for the patient.
* Develops informational and educational materials for this patient population.
* Assists in meeting the informational needs of each patient s primary medical staff and associates of Holy Cross Hospital and HealthPlex and acts as a resource for both.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
* ARRT or RN licensure
* Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
* Holds Breast Health Navigator Certification or attains certification after hire.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $42.00 per hour
