Summary

The Runner assists the Install, Service and Parts Departments and their team members by effectively and efficiently delivering, stocking and maintaining equipment and parts for our East-side location.

Essential Functions

• 
  Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to designated job sites/locations when instructed by Management
• Maintain East-side location for cleanliness (trash pick- up and removal, sweeping, dusting and organizing materials on the shelves)
• Accurately place materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas in a safe and orderly manner following all safety protocols
• Notify Parts Manager and Warehouse Manager when stock is low at Eastside location and items need to be replenished
• Properly document all parts and materials taken out of the warehouse for jobs
• Pack and arrange materials from job pull list for all daily jobs going out of the Eastside location
• Safely operate all company-owned vehicles and equipment
• Communicate and interact in a friendly and professional manner with coworkers and vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 
  Physical Requirements: Walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, crawling, stooping, reaching (including overhead), climbing, and lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Schedule: Must be available to work Monday - Friday from 7:00AM – 4:00PM to meet the needs of the Install and Service Departments and our customers
• Must be dependable and punctual
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• HVAC Parts knowledge and/or experience a plus
• Basic computer skills are necessary
• Must have a valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
• DOT certification helpful but not required
