Part Time Project Manager and Owner's Assistant Job at DC Design Build Associates
Boutique Asheville area design/build firm is seeking a senior construction industry professional who is creative and enjoys what they do!
Requirements: Knowledgeable and efficient in building and managing construction projects. 10 years minimum experience in the construction industry. Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, and invoicing. Experience with spreadsheets and ability to track schedules and spending throughout the construction process is critical, and comfort developing new office admin processes and ability to help streamline our overall approach is a plus.
