The Flamingo Resort on Lake George is a sixty-unit, seasonal resort with openings for multiple Housekeepers who are available to work on Saturday. The ideal applicant will have strong attention to detail, and a reliable work-ethic. Applicants should also be well organized, work independently, have reliable transportation, and must be able to work cooperatively. Responsibilities will include:
- Candidate must be able to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds, possess a basic knowledge of how to dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize.
- Cleaning rooms: follow cleaning routines to ensure all areas, fixtures, and surfaces and surfaces are cleaned daily or as assigned.
- Identify and communicate any unresolved issues encountered while performing a daily routine.
- Respond to requests from guests as appropriate, and perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
Applicants for this position must be available to work on Saturdays. Additional hours beyond Saturday will be available on a case-by-case basis. Applicants with experience working in other hospitality settings are encouraged to apply.
