ABove Properties LLC is a small family business in St. Louis, MO. Our goal is to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean home, and to reward the cleaner's who help us provide that on a consistent basis..

LOOKING FOR DEPENDABLE HOTEL / RESIDENTIAL CLEANERS for some very nice/high-quality short-term rental properties (AirBNB's). We are looking to build long-term working partnerships and relationships.

PLEASE read all info and ensure you QUALIFY before applying!

• MUST have prior HOTEL or RESIDENTAIL/ AirBNB cleaning experience (Janitorial/Custodial exp. does not count)
• Properties are located near Tower Grove Park (St. Louis Midtown/South).
• Need a high level for attention to detail
• Day hours, usually between 11am-4pm (but can be flexible at times)
• This is not a deep cleaning position, but more similar to hotel housekeeping (see tasks below)
• BONUSES are paid out monthly to high performers
• 1st raise given after training is successfully completed
• Senior Cleaners have potential to make $175-$525 per week working part-time (5-15 hours)
• Paid weekly
• Promotions and pay raises occur quickly if you work consistently & do a good job! (SEE PAY CHART BELOW)

Requirements:

• TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK/CLEANS - we don't want anyone looking to rush through to make a quick buck
• Willing to learn / accept feedback / positive attitude
• Good communicator / prompt responder
• BIG on attention to detail
• Valid drivers license / Reliable transportation / speaks English
• Flexible part-time schedule: available weekdays & weekends, as needed

Essential tasks: beds, floors (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping), wash/dry/fold laundry (linens/towels), bathrooms (sinks/toilets/shower/bath/mirrors), kitchen (sink/stovetop/dishes/microwave/fridge), dusting, restock supplies, inventory tracking, securing cabinets/doors, and any other property specific tasks that are needed.

PAY TIER LEVELS:

• Trainee – approx. $15/hour (2-4 cleans @ each property)
• Level 1 – approx. $20/hour (10 additional cleans @ each property)
• Level 2 – approx. $25/hour (20 additional cleans @ each property)
• Lead Cleaner – approx. $30/hour (30 additional cleans @ each property)
• Senior Cleaner – approx. $35/hour

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
