Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit social service agencies with programs and facilities serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties.

We are currently seeking a part time Case Manager for our Hilltop Senior Apartments program located in Irvington, NJ.

Schedule: Monday through Friday- 9:00am to 3:30pm, Hours a week - 30 hours

Major Job Duties:

• Case Manager is responsible for assessment of clients' needs, development and implementation of service plans for clients, and referral to other resources when required
• He or she is responsible for the continuity of care and ensuring that appropriate quality services are provided

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2- 3 years of experience in social services delivery with senior citizens
• Valid driver's license

Degree in social work or gerontology is preferable, but other majors are acceptable
