Purpose
Responsible for supervising all daily parking operations. Act as primary point of contact for parking related customer service issues, citations, complaints or problems. Monitors parking facilities to verify that lots and structures are well-lit, patrolled as necessary, and reasonable measures are in place to ensure safe use. Work with the Parking Manager to ensure parking operational functions are conducted efficiently and safely. Monitors and orders supplies to support parking operations.
Essential Job Functions
1. Supervise all daily parking operations to include automated access systems and pay-2-park operations.
2. Assist in setup of special event parking programs.
3. Act as primary point of contact for parking related issues and must be able to successfully resolve customer service issues, complaints, and/or problems.
4. Process parking citations to include: identification of offender, delivery to the Accounting office for billing, and resolution of parking citation challenges.
5. Perform activities, functions and other related tasks and duties as assigned or required.
6. Monitors parking facilities to verify that lots and structures are well-lit, patrolled as necessary, and reasonable measures are in place to ensure safe use.
7. Ensure that parking operational functions are conducted efficiently and safely.
8. Monitor and order supplies to support parking operations.
9. Schedule and oversee the collection of parking revenues. Completes incident and hazard reports with accuracy and timeliness.
10. Complies with, enforces and reports club safety, security and emergency policies and procedures.
Secondary Functions
1. Performs activities, functions and other related tasks and duties as assigned or required.
2. Participates in all club-related training classes.
3. Attends department-related training to become or remain current with: Bloodborne Pathogen and Infectious Disease Education, First Aid/CPR/AE/Oxygen, and other required training offered through club.
Essential Tools, Equipment, Vehicles, and/or Machinery
Essential job functions require the use of standard office equipment (e.g. computer, phone, etc.), portable two way radio, first aid kit, AED and oxygen equipment.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Essential job functions require frequent lifting, carrying, standing, walking, and sitting.
Qualifications
1. Supervisory and operational experience preferably in parking, transportation or other related industry.
2. Excellent customer service skills and problem resolution capability.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication.
4. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
5. Must be able to develop & maintain professional working relationships with members, guests and staff.
6. Regularly work night, weekend and varied weekly work shifts.
