Parking Lot Monitor Job at PrideStaff Denver Northeast
Lot Monitor:
Location: Aurora, CO 80011
Hours: M-SU (5 days/wk-variable days), 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Pay: $19/hr.
Experience: Must have valid drivers license and ability to operate company provided vehicle.
Are you looking for an excellent third shift opportunity? You can be part of a team dedicated to providing world-class parking lot monitoring service to our clients in a professional manner. This is a Direct Hire opportunity that requires the ability to acquire a class "D" security license.
Lot Monitor Responsibilities:
- Arrive onsite and begin monitoring at 9:30 PM and end at 6:00 AM.
- Complete shift report via Slack to Patrol Supervisor no later than 6 AM daily.
- Use the OnCall Incident Report to document any unusual occurrences, must be sent to OnCall by 6 AM.
- Must provide correct, detailed documentation in the violation and tow report.
- Contact team leader to verify tows prior to any tows taking place.
- Use body camera as needed to record unusual activity or behaviors.
Lot Monitor Requirements:
- Basic Mathematical and Reading/Comprehension Skills.
- Possession of, or ability to acquire class "D" security license.
- Monitor lots per the prescribed training process
- Ability to operate company provided vehicle and travel between assigned work locations.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written.
