Zisser Family Law has an opening for a full-time paralegal. Must be organized, punctual, team player, and have a great attitude. Please see description of job responsibilities below.
Zisser Family Law is a family and criminal law firm in with two locations in Jacksonville: Neptune Beach and Southside. Position will be hybrid with both remote and in person schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Financial affidavits
- Trial Preparation/Exhibits
- Manage files and documents
- Divorce Power Analyzer (DPA) Experience
- Data entry and other paralegal tasks
- Coordinate with support services and clients, opposing law firms, and courts
- Miscellaneous tasks
Education/Work Experience:
- Associates or Paralegal degree required
- High school diploma required
- Paralegal certification preferred
- Prior family experience required
- General law office 3-5 years of experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized
- Team Player
- Punctual
- Experience with Microsoft Office is required
- Experience in Clio preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,331.44 - $50,000.00 per year
