Painter Job at Regal Rexnord
We are looking for a Painter to join our team. You will be responsible for prepping and painting generators. Operating paint equipment to ensure high quality finish and appearance. Works within a team to meet production objectives including adherence to all safety standards, productivity guidelines and quality expectations. This is a team environment that provides opportunity to flex between different functions and offers leadership and advancement opportunities to the productive, engaged associate.
The Regal Wausau location builds custom order large Generators and Motors. Associate needed to join our paint team. Pay structure ranges from entry level $17.00 to $19.58 per hour. Generous vacation, holiday and benefits plans are offered.
Qualifications
- Previous industrial/automotive painting experience is preferred, heavy manufacturing environment is a plus
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal work instruction including drawings and basic blue prints
- Detail-oriented
- Attention to all safety policies, programs and practices a must
- Basic computer skills are need for viewing prints, navigating benefits and pay information
