As a Production Packaging Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of production activities across the site, including quality and process improvement initiatives, and overall staff development.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
- Responsible for the execution of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives.
- Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, and manages capacity planning.
- Plan and administer procedures and budgets.
- Develop financial and resource budgeting for the Manufacturing Department.
- Develop and manage production staffing strategy.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operations of the function.
- Responsible and accountable for regulatory compliance in Manufacturing.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Associate Degree
- 10 or more years of experience working in a production environment, covering a broad range of activities and operations (e.g., Production, Engineering)
- Experience delivering improvement and change initiatives using continuous improvement methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience with training and coaching of employees.
- Experience with project planning and execution management
- Demonstrated delivery of production and budget plans in a highly regulated environment
