We are looking for an energetic, hard-working, team player to be a part of our Owner Relations Team!

In this position, you will work on a TEAM committed to offering PROMPT, EXCELLENT, and RESPECTFUL customer service to each of our Clients / Property Owners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the owner relations department across multiple locations
• Build relationships with property owners
• Retain owners
• Offer prompt service
• Communicate effectively both within the company and with clients
• Maintain detailed owner property records
• Encourage and promote the company's core values, mission, and vision.

Work Schedule:

This position can be located in Destin, 30A, or Panama City Beach. The expected works hours will be 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm, Monday-Friday. Weekend work will sometimes be required as we will have an "On-Call" team member every weekend. This will be a rotating schedule.

Pay:

Starting pay for this position is $17-20/hour. Starting pay is negotiable based upon experience.
