Cordially greets and receives guests, ascertains their needs and appropriately directs visitors for the outpatient services departments. Welcomes all guests and patients using the appropriate Standards of Behavior and asking specific questions for their needs and visit to better service them. (These questions include recent and updated Covid Questions as well as tests that are completed within Outpatient Services).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Courteous in providing appropriate patient information and forwarding inquiries to outpatient services departments.

  • Able to transport incoming patients to and from different departments of the hospital.

  • Able to properly disinfect and sanitize between all outpatient interactions for the outpatient services departments.

  • Assists Outpatient Lab Director with Outpatient Services patients (as needed).

  • Assists Outpatient Lab Staff in emergency situations.

  • Assists families of patients.


    • Education: High School Diploma/GED required.

    Experience: 2 years customer service and excellent communication skills required.
