Are you a licensed clinician in Maryland? Brook Lane Health Services is seeking a Maryland-licensed Social Worker (LCSW-C) or Professional Counselor (LCPC)to serve the mental health needs of children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting in Frederick, MD and Hagerstown MD.

Our professional staff provides assessment and evaluation, as well as individual, couples and family therapy and addiction counseling. The diversity of treatment options allows our clinicians to provide individualized care for each client. Outpatient treatment offers support, guidance, and intervention to help clients of all ages develop coping skills, heal and move forward.

• Complete intakes

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in the State of Maryland
• LCSW-C or LCPC
• Basic technology skills required
• Willingness to work with young children or all age groups preferred
