Outpatient Clinician – Starting at $30/hour (Hyannis, MA)- $2,000 Sign On Bonus!
HYANNIS, MA- Due to demand for services on the Cape, Child & Family Services is looking for multiple license eligible or licensed Clinicians for our Hyannis and Harwich Port Clinics. The Clinician will provide direct diagnostic, crisis intervention and treatment services using bio-psychosocial methods within a therapeutic relationship to assist person(s) to achieve a higher level of functioning. The Clinician will report directly to the Clinical Director. WE PROVIDE FREE CLINICAL SUPERVISION TOWARDS LICENSURE FOR ALL CLINICIANS.

$2,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-Time (half at hire; half at 90-day anniversary) *prorated to $1,000 for part-time 24 hours/week only

Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work or a related clinical field
- Licensed or License eligible (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) required
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
Responsibilities:
The following responsibilities are not meant to be all inclusive and may be adjusted to meet the agency’s needs.
- Provide direct diagnostic, crisis intervention and treatment services using bio-psychosocial methods within a therapeutic relationship to assist person(s) to achieve a higher level of functioning
- Utilize diagnostic skills involving practical knowledge of the DSM IV and DSM V
- Maintain production expectations and record-keeping requirements
- Provide training to staff and/or community
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team as needed
- Participate in appropriate clinical and administrative staff meetings
- Participate in weekly/bi-weekly supervision with supervisor
- Maintain providerships with managed care organizations if appropriate
- May also take school based clients
