ABOUT THE ROLE
- Sourcing shipping quotes for both inbound and outbound orders to ensure the best value rates achieved for routes requested
- Tracking and fixing shipping errors
- Working with warehouse team to ensure that all information and factors impacting the shipping plan are communicated and dealt with to keep shipments leaving on time, every time!
- Communicating beer releases to Sales team and Bar teams to ensure our newest, most exciting beer is reaching our customers as quickly and freshly as possible
- Working with wholesale representatives to ensure their orders are processed and amended in a timely fashion and with a high degree of accuracy
- Working with our sales representatives to get their orders organized, filled and on time as per the business needs and customer expectations
- A focus on picking up any unfulfilled orders to ensure we deliver as much beer as possible
- Coordinating limited allocations so that we get pre orders in on time and we get the beer out as ordered
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
ABOUT YOU
- Educated to degree level – Supply chain, logistics and Business focused degrees ideal
- Copes well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment where anything can happen
- Excellent numerical skills
- Very organized
- Logical & analytical thinker
- Excellent computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, positive and highly energised
- SAP experience preferred
