Who are we looking for?

• 1yr warehouse experience with electric pallet jack and order selecting (order picking or material handler)
• Must be ok with working in fridge and freezer (from -10 to 30 degrees)
• Physical ability to handle constant lifting of 90+ pounds

Pay, Schedule & Benefits:

• Someone who can work a full-time schedule with start time of 6PM and can work until the work is done. (+ incentives and overtime pay)
• Work week is 4x10hr shifts
• Sundays are MANDATORY- if you cannot work Sundays, this may not be a good opportunity for you. Full-Time associates need to have open availability to work Sunday through Friday.
• Saturdays are OFF!
• Pay Rate: $20.25/hr. + FT Benefits & Incentives (+ $1.25/hr swing shift differential, $2.00/hr. weekend pay, and overtime pay)
• After training, Order Selectors who maintain 100%+ productivity for 2 consecutive weeks will increase their pay from. This is typically 130 cases per hour in the Cooler and 140 cases in the Freezer.
• Full-Time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.

Job Requirements:

• This is an industrial athlete role. Successful associates must be able to safely lift to 90+ pounds continuously and work on their feet for their entire shift.
• Previous warehouse experience with double pallet jack and/or electric pallet jack is required.
• Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from -10 to 32 degrees.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test upon offer of employment.
