Home Based after 4 weeks of Training at Atlanta Corporate Office
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive orders via portal, email, fax, and create sales orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Review and resolve orders that has not been confirmed
- Payment process for Cash in Advance orders
- Create Delivery Orders
- Process Credit Memos
- Confirm orders in WMS to ship
- Provide ETD to customers for their orders
- Tracks orders as needed
- Inventory checking as needed
- Release CIA orders as needed
- Process Return and claim orders
- Proactively communicate with Logistics Team for delivery issues
- Proactively communicate with Replenishment and Supply team for potential inventory issues
- Professionally answer customer inquiries and complaints
- Serves as a liaison with other departments for proper order completion
- Requests refund requests and follows up until completion
- Retain customer relations by providing the best type of service in a prompt manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:
Education and Work Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience with order fulfillment
Knowledge and Skills:
- Computer proficiency
- Experience in SAP system a plus
- Detail Oriented
- Problem solving skills
- Basic Accounting skills
- Great Oral and Written Communication Skills
