Job Summary
As a member of the Wealth Management Services Group, this position supports financial advisors and asset managers on our brokerage, advisory and trust platforms.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Performing back-office functions on both the brokerage and trust platforms
- Working with advisors, managers and end-clients
- Reviewing and establishing new accounts according to policies and procedures
- Providing ongoing account maintenance
- Responding to clients’ inquiries or requests promptly and accurately
- Processing account and asset transfer requests along with resolving issues
- Assisting with client on-boarding i.e., opening new accounts
- Reviewing and updating procedures for all tasks performed on a regular basis
- Participating in tasks or projects either independently or as part of a team
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or, an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment and operational processes
- Ability to quickly develop the necessary skills or knowledge to address and support a new product or procedure
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring the overall quality and timeliness of the work processed
- Perform assigned functions within established timeframes
- Appreciation for compliance and adherence to various rules and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, professional, collaborative and customer-focused
Job Benefits
Compensation will consist of a base pay and bonus program. Benefit package includes health, dental, life, vision, paid time off and 401(k) match (after applicable waiting periods).
