As an Operations Specialist, you'll perform client-site work to execute detailed contingency operations plans, exercise plans, and emergency action plans requiring extensive inter-organizational coordination. You will perform complex watch standing duties to provide situational awareness, decision support, communications facilitation, and interagency coordination for emergency management situations. You will bring your analytical, tactical, and problem-solving background to work on projects supporting emergency response and contingency operations.

You Have:

• 6+ years of experience as a leader of projects, tasks, or major sub-tasks, including operations plan development, organizational exercise planning and training management, rapid response planning for crisis management and continuity of operations sustainment, emergency management, interagency planning or coordination, or lessons learned management
• Experience with working in operations centers or fusion centers, including planning and execution
• Ability to perform full-spectrum watch-standing tasks in an operations center setting
• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Military or Civilian Government
• Experience as an Action Officer
• Experience in consulting and project management
• Associate’s degree
• Project Management Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
