For this role, we are looking for a determined employee with professionalism, office and phone etiquette, and strong problem-solving skills. In addition to assisting administrative and customer service concerns, the Operation Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager from when the job is turned in from our Sales Team until the Production Team completes the construction of the project, including the in-between daily operations of the Naples office.
A qualified applicant will have:
- Ensuring all paperwork is properly completed and entering that information into the company’s project management software.
- Ordering materials, dumpsters, and subcontractors.
- Answering inbound customer calls and questions and delivering top-notch customer service.
- Every member of the Branch Operations Team is accountable for ensuring the timely resolution of any challenges that might impact the customer experience, regardless of the root cause.
- Delivering proactive customer service throughout each project and upholding the company standard of customer service.
- Being a team member in all other fields to progress with new jobs.
- Perform other duties as assigned
