Operation Leaders, under the guidance of the Operating Partner leads key areas of
a single unit. As an integral member of the Bojangles family, you will be providing
our guests with an exceptional Southern Hospitality experience. Additionally,
Operation Leaders will train and coach their team daily, while promoting our
inclusive values and culture.
Essential duties for an Operating Leader may include, but are not limited to
the following:
· Maintain impeccable personal and professional appearance and ensure members follow your example.
· Creation and implementation of plans that ensure flawless execution of Bojangles quality.
· Ordering with an emphasis on maintains build toos or pars by conducting weekly/monthly inventory
· Interviews, hires, and trains Team Members and Managers with an emphasis on retention.
· Creates an inclusive culture, where our team members feel respected and valued.
· Scheduling utilizing Hot Schedules app as well as maintaining acceptable labor %’s hourly.
· Utilize ADP, and Bojangles Fountain apps
· Support and provide guidance in cash management policies and procedures
· Work quickly and proactively to resolve problems
· Maintain food safety and quality standards established by Bojangles.
· Explain menu and answer product questions for all guests.
· Bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting (up to approximately 50 lbs. as necessary).

· Prior experience using Microsoft platform
· 2 Years of experience in the restaurant industry
· Must be at least 18 years of age
