Catapult Learning, LLC is looking for a qualified Operations Coordinator in Texas!

We have an opening for a full-time Operations Coordinator to administer services provided to schools in Houston and surrounding areas. This role manages program dimensions involving service quality and delivery, client satisfaction, and profitability. Working closely with the TX/OK Regional Manager and team, this position is the subject matter expert for the programs in the region. The Operations Coordinator role requires strong customer and client delivery skills, including a sense of urgency regarding the services we provide to students.

Operations Coordinator Job Duties :
  • Tracks and analyzes program data to create reports that support internal and external business needs and requests.
  • Supports staff members in technology, curriculum, and payroll, as well as other Catapult procedures.
  • Maintains open and positive communications with representatives of the schools and districts we serve.
  • Collaborates across functions, including finance, accounting, human resources, and others.
  • Implements the processes and tools to complete all internal and external reporting and billing requirements.
  • Assures that instructional staff, physical facilities, instructional materials, and equipment are adequate.

Operations Coordinator Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree (preferably in Administration or Business)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in administration
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Experience with budgets, data analysis, and forecasting preferred
  • Working knowledge of Teams and/or OneNote is a plus
  • Experience working with school districts is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Ability to complete light lifting, walking, and climbing stairs (most programs are in school settings)
