Online Marketing Manager Job at ADEACA CORP
Adeaca invented an entire new category of business solutions for project-based companies, Project Business Automaton (PBA). PBA revolutionizes the conventional approach to business management for companies in construction, engineering, project/ETO/contract manufacturing, aerospace, defense, and other project-driven enterprises – what we call Project Business.
Adeaca is looking for an experienced Online Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for PBA. This will include maintaining and growing our current level of website traffic and lead generation through various online methods.
Objectives for the role
- Maintain and grow traffic to site through strong abilities in SEO (blogs, FAQs, website updates, YouTube video optimization, etc.), Google Ads, and more
- Maintain and grow lead generation by optimizing web traffic quality and web to lead conversion
- Increase MQL to SQL conversion ratio through improved communication practices
- Continue to expand and enhance Adeaca’s unique message and story around Project Business Automation for the target audience
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and report on the performance of SEO and marketing campaigns, assess against goals, and produce actionable insights
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish
- Develop marketing strategies and content for new product feature launches
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts visitors through SEO and converts visitors to leads
- Manage marketing email programs to maximize MQL to SQL conversions
- Generate ideas for how to improve online marketing
- Manage website content, monitor technical performance (uptime), and content management systems
- Track and report on the source of all leads generated
Requirements, skills, and qualifications
- Strong knowledge of SEO with experience analyzing and writing for SEO results
- Thorough knowledge of website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns for lead conversion results
- Knowledge of WordPress and Content Management Systems in general
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing automation campaigns
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Marketing a plus
- Enterprise software marketing experience a plus
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS a plus
- Ability to manage website uptime and maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Disciplined and self-driven, able to develop and manage marketing programs on your own
