On-Deck Branch Service Supervisor (Eastern Region) Job at Arrowhead Credit Union

A Branch Service Supervisor is an entry-level branch leadership role dedicated to supporting a Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in overseeing branch operations. This role also upholds Arrowhead’s culture and service standards through team member development and advocacy.
This position provides leadership support in the following locations:
- Crestline
- Fort Mohave
- Highland In-Store
- Highland
- Needles
- Redlands
- Rialto
- San Bernardino
- Victorville
- Yucaipa
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Providing excellent member service.
- Overseeing branch operations, including providing member service support.
- Completing new membership and account audits.
- Motivating, coaching, and developing team members.
- Assists team members with complex member service needs
- Assists members with service requests, including transactions, opening memberships, and loan requests.
No aggressive sales goals – our focus is serving Members.
