Garage Makeovers a leading provider of residential garage solutions for storage and flooring. We are highest rated company in South Florida, providing the best quality services to our customers. We continue to expand our business and need part-time business office staff working from home.
Office Staff responsibilities performed while working from home. Two to Three days of 8-hour shift.
Customer service
- Answer customer calls
- Give details about products, services, and pricing
- Set appointment on Google calendar
- Check phone messages and call back clients
- Give ETA to client when work crew will arrive
Office Functions
- Create customer account on Quick books
- Create customer invoice
- Create and Send Customer Agreements on Docusign
- Process customer payments on Quickbooks
- Enter Invoices form Vendors on Quickbooks
- Generate reports for management
- Follow up with customers on agreements, payments, issues
Experience
· 2 years minimum office work experience
· Working Knowledge of Word, Excel, Quickbooks, Google applications
· Ability to work from home
- 1099 Contactor
