We are family owned, growth oriented organic fruit orchard with over 700 acres in Royal City, Washington. We are looking to add a full-time office manager role to our team. Candidate must possess demonstrated skills in office administration, software technologies, payroll processing & general HR & orchard compliance.
Job Overview

The office manager will be part of a working team that reports to the VP of Finance and Administration. This role will have broad exposure to orchard and business operations and will work closely with our Farm Manager and Company Controller.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Implement and administer HR and compliance functions
o Help source labor and assist in the administration, WAFLA communication, H2A
application and account assistance.
o Perform weekly payroll administration using fieldclock and computech
o Perform weekly payroll administration using fieldclock and computecholl taxes,
immigration, DOL, L & I, DSHS, H2A, WAFLA, Ganas)
o Support food safety and organic certification programs
o Assist in record organization for annual audits (Organic, SQF, FSMA, and spray records)
o Attend company, industry, and association meetings
· Research and investigate opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost savings
o Support the grant application process
o Investigate public and private funding programs for ag companies
o Negotiate with vendors and other providers
· Perform general office duties and organization
o Answer phones
o Office maintenance (i.e.. Internet and phone service, etc.)
o Office and facilities management
Office and cleaning supplies
§ Facility upgrades
§ Supervise company housekeeper
o Assist with special projects administration
o Use and master software technologies that support the business (G/L fieldclock, Ganaz, Fieldin)
· Support accounting and finance functions
o Support year end and period end closing process
o Support annual incentive and bonus process
o Manage credit card purchase receipts
o Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting
· Manage and execute summer intern program
· Support Cash Butte Distillery business unit
o Start-up enterprise that produces small batch distilled spirits
o Function as part of start-up team
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
· 3+ years of experience in office administration
· 3+ years of experience in the agriculture industry.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or agricultural studies
· Proficiency with software technologies
· Fluent Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,424.45 - $57,123.16 per year
