We are an up-scale Physical Therapy/Audiology office in Jersey City. Our goal is to provide the best in care and service to our patients and the community. We are small but very busy and constantly growing.
We are looking for someone with a great attitude, well-presented, friendly, energetic, detail-oriented self-starter to handle all office activities for this busy office.
Must have healthcare office experience
Applicant must have the following experience and skills:
Professional business acumen
Familiar with Insurance verification and EHR
Office management experience
Skilled Appointment and Calendar management
Computer and phone skills
Must know Word and Excel
Applicants must have the following attributes:
A go-getter
Someone with a great attitude who has a friendly personality

Basic Duties Expected
To be accommodating and helpful to all patients
Managing the appointments and calendar with detail
Handling all incoming calls
New Patient insurance verifications
Handling of No Shows
Taking on administrative projects that will help improve the practice and our service
