We are searching for a Office Coordinator with the following skills:

- Experience with property management, real estate, and/or construction offices

This job will entail:
- Answering and handling high volume of calls
- Helping with office based tasks that other team members may need help with
- Running different errands out of office, if need be
- Working with Appfolio Property Management Software and Podio Task Management Software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- On call
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bakersfield, CA 93313: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Appfolio: 1 year (Required)
- Property Management office: 1 year (Required)
- Real Estate office: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Spanish (Preferred)
