Job Description
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Administrative Office Assistant is responsible for producing correspondences, reports, and other documents as required; acting as a liaison to Corporate Customer Service; completing all tasks associated with processing customer orders including tracking, invoicing, entering receipts and ensuring invoice payment; ensuring successful completion of applicant and new hire paperwork; maintaining office and employee files in accordance with Company and Legal record keeping guidelines; and other tasks as assigned by management. With the assistance of the on-site HR Manager, the person in this role will also assist in administering onboarding processes for New Hires.

Basic skills include but are not limited to:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
  • Skilled Data Entry Abilities
  • Professional Composition Skills
  • Knowledge of and Ability to Adhere to Company and Legal record keeping Guidelines
  • Accomplished Customer Service Capabilities
