Our company is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Office Assistants. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys learning about business, who takes the initiative to solve problems, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be willing to take the initiative and work independently, but will also have the opportunity to learn from more experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones politely.
- Greet and direct clients and visitors.
- Prepare meeting rooms before meeting events.
- Implement procedures for daily activities in an office environment.
- Answer questions from novice users over the telephone.
- Enter data from documents into an electronic database.
- Collaborate on office tasks with other workers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
