Responsibilities include managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, handling customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to the team. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain a professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet visitors and assist them with their inquiries.
- Organize meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
