We are looking for Occupational Therapists to join our team of skilled professionals in Edgerton, WI.

This position would provide SNF and limited outpatient based therapy services Monday through Friday with flexibility needed for some of our late afternoon appointments and weekend admissions. Our evaluating Occupational Therapists are expected to maintain a 75% productivity level meaning you have one our of extra documentation time, set up time, planning time and team building time built in to every 4 hours of the day. We want you to have a balance to enable great patient care and your own development.

The ideal candidate will have some outpatient, SNF, or hospital experience but new graduates are encouraged to apply as our Occupational Therapy Department is continually working with students and volunteers. We are happy to work with and train excited new employees on best practices for SNF and outpatient care regardless of past experience. We are searching for therapists with positive attitudes and motivated personalities.
