Willow Crossing is proud to announce the opening of its Brand-New Unit- The Neighborhood! The Neighborhood features 16 semi-private suites, complete with their own shower and restroom. The unit is also equipped with a private courtyard, activities room, dining room and resident lounge that will facilitate a peaceful, yet engaging environment. At Willow Crossing we believe in a holistic approach that will not only address the health needs of our residents but also their physical and psychological needs. We are looking for highly motivated nursing staff that have a passion for people and aim to make a difference in the Alzheimer's Community.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)s

Registered Nurse (RN)s

Qualified Medication Aide (QMA)s

Responsibilities:

• Nurses provide for the daily care, health needs, safety and comfort of the resident.
• Nurses assure that restorative nursing care measures are performed as indicated and ordered.
• Nurses maintain open communication with nursing management conditions on the nursing unit and concerns related to staff, residents and visitors.
• Nurses explain treatment goals and expectations to the resident and family, in an effort to obtain feedback and cooperation.
• Nurses supervise/manage personnel on his/her unit.
• Nurses review medication system, clinical records, in order to verify that medical records are properly maintained and updated.
• Nurses review daily assignments of nursing staff on the unit to assure that assigned duties are consistent with ability and training.
• Nurses assist and instruct nursing staff on unit in special treatments and nursing care.
• QMA Responsibilities:
• Provide for the daily care, health needs, safety and comfort of the resident.
• Assure that restorative nursing care measures are performed as indicated and ordered.
• Maintain open communication with nursing management regarding conditions on the nursing unit and concerns related to staff, residents and visitors.
• Passing of Medication

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid RN or LPN license in good standing according to State and Federal requirements.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or obtain and have approved medical or religious exemption.
