We are working with a leading Financial Institution in the Delaware County area. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine maintenance of software, including upgrades, antivirus, patches, etc.
- Oversee phone system infrastructure and its associated software, including PBXs, call management systems, voice mail, interactive voice response, and video conferencing systems.
- Maintains documentation and technical specifications information. Administers all communication equipment, hardware and software upgrades.
- Manages the accounts, permissions, and access rights of end users.
- Interacts with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors
- Work with the network administrators to determine and resolve any network issues, flaws, or vulnerabilities.
- Provides end-user training as necessary and quickly and accurately analyzes and fixes end-user hardware and software computer issues.
- Responsible for following all operational controls, including compliance with all required regulations and policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science plus 4 years related work experience or equivalent experience.
- Certifications in Microsoft and Cisco, VMmare a plus
- Technical experience in a financial institution a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Strong problem solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as on a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
Details:
- Full time: M-F 830-5PM
- Pay: $63,000-$73,000
