Private family looking to hire a team player- Nanny/Housekeeper to help mom while her husband is at work. Family of 5 just welcomed a new baby boy to their home in North Brunswick, New Jersey.

The Ideal Candidate: Someone who would enjoy working side by side with mom. There will be times that mom may want to be with the kids while the nanny does light meal prep, set up meals, tidy up, do kid's laundry etc and vise versa. They need to tag team for all tasks. This individual must be an organized person because mom is anxious when the house is messy with toys everywhere. This individual would be someone who doesn't talk down to the children or baby talk to them.

What Works Best for Family: Mom is currently a SAHM with her identical twin girls (2 years old) and newborn boy (November 2022). She also has a daughter in full day Kindergarten. Dad is on paternity leave until January.

Position Responsibilities

• Childcare: 4 Children, Ages infant, twin 2 year olds, 5 year old- goes to full day Kindergarten
• Housekeeping: Light Housekeeping Required
• Cooking: Help Start/Prep for Dinner,Children's Meals Only,Special Dietary Restrictions- 5 year old is allergic to several foods and has an epipen, individual will be asked to take a free online course
• Laundry: Children Laundry Only,Baby Laundry Only
• Errands: No Errands Required
• Driving: Not Required
• Travel: No Travel Required

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: Monday-Friday- 12:30pm-6:30pm- flexibility to stay later if needed (30 hours a week)
• Languages: English- 5 year old is taking Italian- if someone speaks Italian that would be a bonus
• Experience: Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
• Personality Traits: Someone who enjoys being with children and is creative enough to keep them busy and off electronics. This person should be aware of developmentally appropriate activities. Set boundaries with children but not be mean to them.

Position Compensation

• Salary: $30-$35 per hour
• Living Accommodations: Live Out
• Vacation: 2 weeks paid
• Additional Benefits: 3-5 sick days paid
