As a Moving Helper at Caddy, you’ll be helping with labor-only moving tasks which include loading and unloading trucks, packing and unpacking moving boxes, and rearranging furniture for local customers in your area. No previous experience is required. No training or physical test required.

Position - Independent Contractor

Pay: $18.00/hr* starting (Increase by $0.10 every time you receive a 5-star review!)

*After tips, Caddy Movers can expect to earn $25/hr - $30/hr

Hours - Flexible; YOU choose your shifts and set your schedule!

Job Site - Various (vehicle and drivers license required)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Move, pack and load customers’ items onsite at their place of residence
• Act as the face of Caddy Moving by delivering 5-star customer service
• Complete moving checklists
• Regular heavy lifting is required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Standard driver's license required with vehicle
• Must be able to speak/read/write English
• At least 18 years of age with high school diploma
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and maintain the energy to move and pack throughout the day
• Basic understanding of smartphone technology
• Have an 'on-your-toes' mentality
• Be a natural problem-solver who expects challenges and can adapt in a quickly changing environment
• 1 year or more of customer service experience is a plus
• Experience with at least one of the following is preferred, but not required: moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, customer service, helper or general labor
