WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Candidates must obtain a Registered Nurse license from the Oregon State Board of Nursing within a reasonable amount of time from application date
-
All employees in this classification must possess and maintain a valid and unencumbered Oregon Professional Registered Nurse license during the entire length of their employment

The ability to be flexible with regards to working hours (days and shifts)
-
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in different and unusual situations with a wide variety of people
-
The ability to think quickly and address problems as, or before they arise
-
Experience with addressing the needs of residents who have persistent and chronic mental illness and those with Personality Disorders
-
The ability to perform venipuncture's for lab draws
-
Experience in facilitating/teaching groups that address the wellness of the residents
-
Experience in advancing health equity, addressing systemic health inequities and collaborating with diverse communities most harmed by social injustice and health inequities
