FHR has several vacancies for a Mental Health Assistant (MHRT) with flexibility for full / part time, per diem on varied shifts including overnights. In this role you will work with a great team of people assisting adults with mental health disabilities learning the skills necessary to live on their own. Support consists of assisting individuals to pursue recovery by working toward personalized goals as established, encouraging change utilizing the principals of our PRISM mode (Person Centered Individualized, Strength Based, Mission Driven) medication management and engaging individuals in community-based activities.

Qualifications: High School Diploma, MHRT-1/CRMA preferred, driver’s license and record in good standing, Proof of vaccination is also required.

FHR offers a generous benefits package to those working over 30 hours per week including:
