The Credit Union is seeking an experienced Full Time Member Service Representative to join our team.

Job Description:

• Meet and exceed daily sales goals by actively cross selling Credit Union products and services.
• Perform a broad variety of member services functions, such as opening consumer and business checking and savings accounts, IRA’s, CD’s and credit cards.
• Must be able to identify appropriate line of business and offer auto loans, merchant services, mortgages and SBA loan.
• Must be able to explain Credit Union services and products to members and assists in meeting their financial needs.
• Process customers’ cash, check paying and deposit transactions while adhering to branch operations and security policies and procedures.
• Ability to comprehend and adhere to banking regulations, BSA, OFAC as well as company policies and procedures and completion of Currency Transaction Reports.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Requirements:

• English/Spanish required
• Must have at least one (1) year member service experience
• Full Time Position Monday to Friday 8:45 to 5:15
• Ability to work in a high volume fast paced work environment
• Sales and goal oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong people skills.
• Drug test and background check will be required
