Premier Medical Associates is a fast growing network of value based practice. As our Operations Supervisor, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Keep up to date on Key Performance Indicators such as call center analytics, clinical wait times, etc
- Ensure the smooth operation of our Call Center
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Execute tasks and projects as directed by the leadership team
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- Previous health care experience
- Knowledge of E-Clinical Works
- Knowledge of Medicare Risk Adjustment (MRA)
- Knowledge of HEDIS
- Bachelors degree
- Comfortable working with CEO and leadership team
- Experience with call center operations is a plus
- Knowledge of the business side of healthcare

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
