We are looking for a Media Buyer to join our growing team. This position will actively build and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and others. The position requires a proven track record of hands-on experience and an eagerness to learn in order to help grow both new and existing campaigns.

The Media Buyer will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, the Content Marketing Manager, and a selection of specialists to achieve desired results. Our marketing team thrives on collaboration and requires each team member to wear many hats.

Primary responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end online advertising campaigns (keyword research, campaign strategy, ad writing, bid management, publisher relationships, & margin optimization on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other traffic sources.
• Leverage detailed data analysis to identify opportunities in the marketplace to expand & optimize profitability.
• Monitor all competitive and market forces and react appropriately to any changes.
• Prioritize between dozens of opportunities to choose the most profitable tasks.
• Work to set and deliver on PPC campaign growth targets.
• Lead nurturing through CRM

Requirements

• Paid Search (PPC) experience managing PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook and other sources with a focus on ROAS (Return On Ad Spend).
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Strong organizational skills with a great attention to detail, operates with urgency, focus and discipline.
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
