Dixon is looking for a material handler for 1st shift at their Dallas, NC location. The material handler will be responsible for transporting parts and components from their location to the appropriate station. This person will need to keep up with demand and supply stations consistently until work order is complete. This individual will also learn all areas of the receiving department so that they can be a back-up and well-rounded in everyday functions of the material handler for the factory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shipping, receiving, stocking, picking
• Operate fork lift and pallet jack when needed
• Transports materials as directed
• Delivers materials to various departments and between plant locations
• Ensures work areas are kept clean and organized
• Performs miscellaneous duties as required
• Follows instructions and all safety procedures
