Responsibilities
- Execution of material laboratory test on lab specimen and on the product
- Comparison of test results with default values, documentation and results
- Vulcanizing Specimen
- Mixing of rubber and Micro Cellular Urethane compounds
- Weighing of Chemicals
- Administration, Documentation
- Measurement tasks
- Development of mixing parameters
- Perform trials for evaluation of new materials
- Responsible for the cleanliness, safety, database maintenance, and ordering of raw materials in the mixing area
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training,
- Experience in the rubber processing
- Experience as Material Tester
- Intermediate or above skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with 5S
- Good Communicator
