Compensation: $26.78/hour

Work Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift

Skookum is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Material Coordinator with a professional attitude.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

• Verifies travel orders to determine the best route for the personnel traveling according to cost, convenience, and availability of known carriers and routes.
• Notifies personnel of travel dates, baggage limitations, medical and visa requirements, and determines that all necessary clearances have been obtained.
• Assists personnel in completing travel forms and other transactions related to travel.
• Provides information on available facilities and housing as needed.
• Arranges for motor transportation for arriving and departing personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

• One (1) year of experience working with DoD Travel, Military Travel Orders, or similar field preferred.
• Experience working with SABER system, GTS, DTS, GATES, and GoPax preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Requirements:

• Valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum’s insurance carrier.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.
