Job Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to execute work
• Sort and gather stone, brick, or block for erection
• Assist in building and dismantling forms used for pouring concrete
• Assist in the preparation of jobsites prior to the beginning of a project
• Properly mix various grades of mortars
• Properly mix, pour, and spread concrete
• Ensure that a structure is perfectly vertical and horizontal, using a plumb bob and level
• Clean and polish surfaces with hand or power tools
• Fill expansion joints with the appropriate caulking materials
• Maintain 24-hour on call status during snow season
• Properly operate snow removal equipment
• Plow, shovel, and apply ice melt in designated areas as assigned Safety
• Assist in ensuring crew is working safely and job sites are safe at all time; anticipate potential hazards
• Meet project hours budget
• Complete and submit daily paperwork
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning daily
• Special duties and projects assigned as needed

Compensation Range: $38,000 - $48,000 plus OT ($18.25/hr - $23.00/hr equivalent)
