Position Summary:

Constangy, a national corporate law firm with offices across 17 states, is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to join the firm’s growing marketing team. This position is an important part of the firm’s award-winning marketing team and will have access to leadership at all levels of the firm. Reporting directly to the firm’s CMO, the Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the firm’s marketing team to carry out strategic plans and oversee the progression and completion of marketing projects. As the firm’s Marketing Project Coordinator, the chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work with an experienced and supportive team in a collaborative work environment. Duties & Responsibilities:

Sponsorships

  • Coordinate sponsorship intake process including submitting invoices, tracking payment, and ensuring internal logs are up to date
  • Maintain calendar of sponsorships and events and coordinate schedule of firm displays
  • Track sponsorship material deadlines and assist with shipping logistics for sponsorships and firm hosted events
  • Maintain RSVP lists of firm-hosted events at sponsorships
  • Conduct research on event spaces as needed and secure reservations for the same
  • Research promotional items and work in conjunction with Marketing Assistant to keep inventory up to date
  • Apply for educational credit such as SHRM, HRCI, and CLE for firm programming hosted by the marketing team
  • Assist office locations across the country with firm-hosted seminars and workshops by overseeing creation of event materials such as save the dates and brochures, providing RSVP lists and coordinating with marketing assistant to send promotional items or other materials needed for the day of the event

Content Development

  • Assist with updating firm website for relevancy and optimize content for search
  • Provide support in collecting, formatting and editing content for responses to Requests for Proposals
  • Assemble materials for sales meetings, client pitches and attorney presentations
  • Serve as back-up for collateral creation on sponsorships and other marketing opportunities
  • Create social media posts to support the firm’s social media strategy and promote engagement with the firm’s media channels
  • Support public relations initiatives to include drafting press releases, speaking engagements and media mentions
  • Assist in drafting the firm’s credentialing submissions as needed

Marketing Technology

  • In conjunction with the firm’s Marketing Manager, assist with administration of the firm’s CRM system and email marketing platform
  • Assist in supporting the firm’s webinars and virtual events
  • Support marketing team on new projects that may arise throughout the year

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience in events, marketing, or project management
  • No less than 3 years of full-time, professional work experience in a related role
  • Exceptional computer skills, including advanced experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Canva; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
  • Excellent project and time-management skills in order to develop project plans, coordinate projects, communicate changes and progress, complete projects on time and manage project team activities

  • The successful candidate must be a quick learner and self-starter with the ability to multitask and maintain accuracy and consistency while handling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills including record keeping, data collection and system information
  • Ability to compile and analyze complex data and furnish concise, detailed information in report format, written correspondence or verbally
  • Impeccable attention to detail and precision in logistics
  • Must be highly motivated and exhibit a high degree of initiative and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to travel to/from in-person events to provide on-site event support
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours, as needed
  • Must possess strong independent judgment to establish and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented work environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with courtesy and diplomacy, in order to maintain effective relationships with a diverse group of professionals
  • Superior analytical and critical-thinking skills that support strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
