Marketing Manager- (Remote Opportunity)
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager is a key member of the Marketing team and is responsible for defining and driving key brand strategies across multiple marketing channels to meet established performance goals of assigned clients. The Marketing Manager will directly support the client and work closely with the Partnership Team to make a positive impact on the client relationship and portfolio performance. This role requires a data-driven, strategic communicator with an ability to forge partnerships and trust with clients, agency counterparts and cross-functional teams. The Marketing Manager will actively define and guide efforts to develop product positioning, plan and execute marketing programs, oversee production of all marketing assets and coordinate the launch of new clients and programs. The Marketing Manager will also work collaboratively with senior leadership to recommend and manage marketing budgets.
Responsibilities:
Strategic
- Responsible for development and execution of brand and program marketing strategy, annual marketing plan(s), and budgets for assigned client(s) in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Monitors industry, marketing trends, channel innovations and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategy
- Partners with clients to understand and effectively communicate vision; evangelizes client ethos, goals, and brand standards to internal teams as the key subject matter expert
- Responsible for measuring, analyzing and communicating performance of marketing channels and campaigns, identifying trends and directing adjustments to marketing mix as needed to drive results
- Collaborate with Enrollment teams to understand and optimize the learner journey
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams in leading the creation of marketing strategy for new program launches
- Collaborates with Market Research to define and prioritize project needs aligned with key business initiatives, brand strategy development and identification growth opportunities in the marketplace
- Leads the development of team members with the utmost professionalism
Tactical
- Serves as main point of contact with clients and internal stakeholders for all Marketing efforts
- Creates and delivers presentations, partners with department leaders and internal cross-functional teams to facilitate strategic and operational client initiatives and discussions
- Owns client brand website content; directs creation of and approves marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment to brand standards among all campaign elements
- Partners with channel owners to oversee components of marketing plan, including but not limited to media plans, projections, content calendars, and social engagement
- Supports the Director in developing proposals, including financial models, budgets and marketing strategy for new programs Manages, coaches and develops members of the brand team
- Responsible for information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Bisk information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Experience driving cost-efficient, high quality lead generation
- Experience utilizing Marketing Automation systems for email communications, paid and unpaid channels to reach qualified candidates/leads.
- Utilizing Salesforce/CRM solutions to track, measure and report performance
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to tell stories with available data
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with great interpersonal skills to forge essential relationships
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent product marketing skills including the ability to create marketing plans, develop product positioning, provide business, and competitive analysis
- Experience working with and directing creative strategy in the areas of interactive media, direct marketing, websites and print/collateral
- Ability to travel to client locations, tradeshows or training events
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in partnering with Sales teams in the prospecting and sales cycles
- Excellent organizational and follow through skills
- Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years relevant work experience in service marketing, educational marketing/sales, software marketing or brand/product marketing management
- 2-5 years’ experience working in higher education, preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or Communications; MBA preferred
- Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Working environment is air-conditioned
- Requires working in seated position 75% of time
- Travel up to 10% may be required
