• Improve by 25% Conversion of MQL into SQL
• Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel comprehensive marketing strategy for AVANA and Extensia resulting in $500,000 in new fee income revenue from closed loans
• Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel comprehensive marketing strategy for AVANA resulting in 10 new Community Bank Partnerships
• Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel comprehensive marketing strategy for Extensia resulting in 10 new lead lender CU relationships and 20 new participation relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities across the AVANA ecosystem.
• Implement AVANA's marketing strategy in accordance with brand guidelines, including individual and collective brand voice/s for all entities within the ecosystem.
• Design and implement cohesive brand voice and messaging, ensuring all AVANA family brands are nurtured and managed effectively.
• Assist in the launch of new businesses and/or financial products that enable growth of the ecosystem.
• Develop content ideas for original content that leverages team expertise in lending, the credit union industry, and capital markets. Then, work in lockstep with a 3rd party content developer to bring to life said content ideas.
• Coordinate all newsletters and social media posts to ensure text and design cohesion.
• Lead and organize all nurturing campaigns, website communications, and general use marketing assets.
• Work with 3rd party vendors to deliver PR releases and industry award submissions.
• In conjunction with business unit leaders, oversee the annual marketing plan to detail milestone activities in the fiscal year.
• Work with sales teams to develop assets and materials that share the company’s services and products.
• Oversee monthly marketing and communications budgets.
• Lead and drive the social media strategy for AVANA including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram among others.
• Create leads and referral sources.
• Maintain calendar of (compelling) content and activities and deliver on them.
• Oversee and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Effectively lead a small team of (offshore) marketing talent.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in similar marketing and demand generation roles
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• Track record of achieving forecasted marketing KPIs in past roles
• Demonstrated experience with digital analytic platforms and marketing attribution
• A solid track record of creative solutions informed and guided by data-driven decisions
• Experience in the fintech, financial services industry, and/or working with high net-worth individuals and organizations
• Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot, Demand Side Platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-national environment
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral English)

Desired Characteristics

• MBA or related Marketing degree is a plus
• Prior self-employment or entrepreneurship experience is a plus
• World-class writing skills
