POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for but not limited to creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns and managing social media and Google review presence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and monitor email campaigns deployed via Mailchimp and in-house CRM
• Test emails to ensure design and layouts are optimized across multiple platforms
• Copywrite and proofread messaging to share key company information
• Create graphics for email and social media
• Create landing pages and event RSVP forms
• Compile email lists and targeting audiences
• Manage community-level auto follow-up and pre-formatted email schedules and creative
• Email list hygiene
• Track, analyze and communicate email campaign results
• Maintain latest email best practices and trends
• Email marketing strategy and editorial calendar development at both a community and overall brand level
• Develop social media plan for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms with a monthly syndication schedule
• Execute social media strategy by publishing content to promote company information
• Maintain company pages across social media platforms
• Analyze and share social media data and metrics
• Maintain social media best practices
• Manage and promptly respond to reviews across all social media platforms and Google

REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Two years of email marketing experience
• Social media experience
• Proficient with Mailchimp
• HTML knowledge
• Copy writing and content creation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., Outlook, Calendars, Teams, Bookings
• Experience in new home construction industry a plus
